Running along the beachfront is the world’s oldest operating electric train, ending by Brighton Pier. I love Brighton it's close to home London. It has excellent transport links and regular trains that leave early and late. The place is relaxing the people are great and there is lots to do for any age group. Fantastic sights shops and restaurants. There are so many fantastic shops and places to eat and drink you are spoilt for choice. The beach is along one straight line on either side of the pier which you can walk down. You must visit the pier and eat fish and chips on the beach and watch the sun go down it's magical.

I’ve stayed in Brighton numerous occasions.
I’ve stayed in Brighton numerous occasions. And would return. Unfortunately the property my partner and two pooches stayed in was in Hove and the run down side of Hove. Especially the property externally and the entrance hall which lead to the lifts. Upon arrival the lifts were working and then out of order for two days due to maintenance works being carried out. I was going to leave sooner. But my partner wished to stay considering we came far. I definitely would not return back.

Lively place, excellent beach front with loads to do, great places to eat and drink. Everything was in easy walking distance.
Felt very safe, never saw any crime or drunken aggressive behaviour. Everyone was friendly and easy going.
I liked it more and more the more time I was there.
We ate out each night and so much variety from fast food at Shelter Hall, although I sent my food back as it wasn't nice through to high end steak at The Coal Shed which was expensive but beautiful food and great staff. Giggling Squid was also a highlight. Gorgeous food, very lovely staff and reasonably priced.
Loads of places to shop and The Lanes is an experience in itself browsing the narrow twisting lanes with individual eclectic shops.
As you get off the train it doesn't give a great first impression, it looks a bit run down and grubby but as you get towards Hove it gets better and the seafront is amazing.
We went on i360 and that was great if not a little expensive for what was a very short time, 20mins start to finish at £37, glad we did it but wouldn't do it again.

The facade of Selina Hotel is a little deceiving.
The facade of Selina Hotel is a little deceiving. It is a very nice reception area with some interesting plants and a place to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea. The rooms small but clean and very comfortable beds. We had a nice view from the room. The radiator was a bit too warm and could've been adjusted but the other was switched off. Lucky with the weather which made a difference to getting around. It was a great location and plenty of clvariety at Preston Street for the many restaurants to choose from

It was a good choice for an early spring visit when the weather was cool. We were able to walk miles along the prom and paths at the foot of the cliffs. The town is lively and the Royal Pavilion well worth visiting. The bus service was excellent and we were able to visit other towns along the coast. There was a wide choice of resturants.

Brighton is wonderful! Lots to see and do. A variety of cafes, bars, restaurants to go to. So much choice.

The Malmaison at Brighton Marina is an exceptional hotel and without a doubt the BEST I have ever stayed at. I had a front suite with balcony overlooking the beautiful Marina. The furnishings, quality of the rooms, bathrooms was absolutely 1st class and the decor and trendy lighting throughout the entire suite was stunning. All staff that I had dealings with were very efficient, friendly and could not do enough to help me when needed. I could not fault this hotel in any way, and plan to return again for a longer stay in the near future.
The location of the oriental hotel was very good, away from busy streets and noise, but also within a short walking distance to the nearest beach and attractions in the city. The room was clean and tidy and looked exactly like the photos on the website. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the day we were leaving, after having checked out from our room we were able to leave our luggage in the reception for a few hours, which was great as we did not have to carry it with us everywhere before catching our train back home.
Wonderful location, a beautiful and superclean hotel with very comfortable room and bed, good swimmingpool, amazing breakfast to be enjoyed overlooking the seafront and Brighton beach - unbeatable view. All staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. I like that you can ask frontdesk for showercaps, vanity kits etc rather than having a handful of little boxes of things you may never use cluttering the room or taking up unnecessary surface area in the bathroom. Very neat.
Our host was very kind and helpful. He was there when we arrived, even though it was a holiday Monday, and we had not let him know when we would be arriving.
He had suggestions for restaurants (having already let us know that Ruby Pub and Hotel would not be serving food that night). The rooms were incredibly clean, beds comfortable.
Our host suggested that we visit the Royal Pavilion near the beach in Brighton, so we did, the next day.
The property was clean with good facilities and located on a quiet street. The hosts were helpful pre-visit. Although parking in Brighton is expensive, the hosts pointed us in the direction of best cheap options and (with careful timing) we managed to utilise the street parking near the flat overnight for free. The property suited our needs for the night that we stayed and the sofa bed was also comfortable.
The hotel itself is in a really nice area right next to the beach and within walking distance of a lot of nice pubs and food shops as well as Brighton Pier. The room (a basic single room) was cosy and (whilst it was small) it was nice to return to at the end of the day. Breakfast was also quite nice, especially for a continental. The bathroom is pretty massive and easy to get to from most of the rooms.
Fantastic location for the price, right in the centre of Brighton and close to The Lanes. 10 mins walk from the station and everything else on the doorstep. Quiet, central position without being on the noisy front. It's small boutique hotel with friendly staff not like some of the massive hotels on the front with hundreds of rooms. Had the dinner and breakfast package and can't complain.
The hotel was located right on the beach and near the heart of Brighton, making it easy to access all the sights of Brighton while having food and entertainment nearby. Aside from the location, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was top notch. The bar service staff working in the evening were also great.
Super Breakfast! Also tasty gluten free bread available. I loved my cosy quite and little room at the third floor. Excellent area for food and drinks near by. From the hotel you see the pier and you are in 2 minutes at the lovely Brighton pebble beach…I can highly recommend it and like to come back next time.
Great location, just down the road from the pier and beach area with nice cafes and restaurants. Nice breakfast and lovely owner who treated us well and spoke with us at breakfast. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and had chocolates and peanuts awaiting us.
The room is a clean one in general, and staff was excellent. The hotel sits a bit far from the beach, but it wasn't a long walk to places. Breakfast wasn't included, which gave us the chance to explore some other cafes - and there were a lot of great ones just a few steps from the hotel.
It's a lovely place, the location is absolutely unbeatable - a block from the beach & right next to the main coach stop - and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Great en suite hotel bathroom for our room. Lots of power outlets in room.
lovely staff very friendly. nice hotel In a stunning area, great location right next to the Brighton beach/pier just a 5 min walk. Owners helped a lot with parking and permits ect. They had a tower fan in wardrobe
Everything was perfect the staff were friendly , hotel lovely and breakfast was very good, the hotel is opposite the beach so great location , overall we had a good few days at The Grand, definitely stay again.
Perfect Location! Right on the seafront, and near the lanes so could easily go to all the little cobble shops. The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel! Very good service at breakfast too.
The staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were big, however, they look modern but not of a good quality. Great location as well.
room was comfortable and airy. Staff were helpful and approachable. wE LIKED THIS HOTEL ALSO BECAUSE IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. The room was clean and very functional.
the staff was very friendly, and the location was a 5 minute walk from the beach which was great. the accessibility of the hotel was nice as well. 10/10 recommend.
