Good central location for short stay in Florence. The front of house staff were unfriendly and did not appear bothered if we were there or not. The room had mould growing on the window frames, the air conditioning was inefficient and noisy. The minibar did not work. The carpets/curtains smelt musty. The small bar in hotel lounge was never open during our stay. |

The location of the hotel is perfect! ... 3 min. From Central train station by foot!! , and you can easily and shortly reach everywhere you want. Breakfast very normal, Hotel maintenance was reaaaaaaaaally poor! And it's a pity , because it could be much more better if they spend a little to changing the broken ceramics , put some flowers in the flowerboxes in front of the windows , cleaning the walls , and .....! but in fact the price was completely reasonable! No complain about that! |

The hotel is centrally located to train, bus, internet, restaurants and shops. It is near museums and the Centrale Market. Staff were very helpful. Reasonably priced. |

Location was great. Across the street from the train station, so very easy to get to. 10 min walk to main sites, 25 min walk to city centre. Breakfast could have been a bit better. |

location and price, nothing else Very dirty spoons-forks-knives at the breakfast room!!! Dirty room, bits of trash on the floor; old pizza box behind the wardrobe, etc. Frige was not working - staff replied unpolitely: don't use it, buy water in the lobby. Bedclothes were not changed during our 7 nights stay. Low-power central AC was set for heating only, fresh air only from opened window to noisy street |

Hotel Bonciani is situated in a very convenient location, especialy for those who travels by train. Furthermore, major tourist attractions in Florence are really close. It is a really good combination of price and quality. Hotel staff is not really welcoming / friendly. |

The hotel was very near to the many attractions that Florence has to offer. It is also just a minute walk from the smn train station. Worth the stay. |

Locality of hotel superb for station and all tourist sites within easy walking distance. I think a fairer review of the hotel would be in the peak season when there would be a more social atmosphere in the hotel. Room slightly shabby but ok for a few nights. Room also dark as window partially opaque as it overlooked an inner quadrangle of buildings and pipework etc. Breakfast very basic. |
