There are several problems with this apartment 1. Too small 2. Very bad service 3. Do not specialize in certain specializations because of your neighbourhood, and do not limit yourself to turning on the television, playing songs, or interfering with the television 4. Small bathroom 5. The air conditioner does not turn on as you saw in the pictures before checking in. 6. Non-touch bedroom fan 7. I lost the key and asked for a replacement. 150 euros was chosen. 8. ITS WORSE THEN EVEN PRE 1994 SOUTH AFRICA WHAT WAS KNOWN AS APARTHEID. I AM ASHAMED OF MY FELOW PORTUGUESE COUNTRYMEN. The food was superb. People generally friendly and and helpful. The poverty where we were was obvious with numerous beggars daily. Being a very old city the lack of maintenance was obvious. Footpaths and many roads too dangerous to walk on. We used Bolt for booking cabs- very cheap when it was working. Too many top restaurants to list. Food everywhere was excellent

There is so much to do/see in Lisbon.
There is so much to do/see in Lisbon. However, I would stay outside of the central area next time and use Bolt. We had a car and it was definitely not needed, plus we had to pay for parking. Maybe stay in central Lisbon for 2-3 days. We were in Lisbon for 11 days.LupeUnited States of America

The communal rooms look cozy and there is an kitchen (fully equipped Incl fridge etc) if you want to do your own cooking (we didn’t use it). It is not a hotel, so no reception. You receive login codes for the different entrances, works great. Best way to get here from the airport is with an Uber. (Airport to alfama just below 7 euros during our visit). It saves you walking up and down Lisbon’s famous steep cobble stones with your luggage.

Everything you see online is the same you will see when you check in. The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is probably the best possible especially if you are coming from the airport. The red metro line takes you all the way to the hotel and the remaining 3 lines intersect also there - so every part of Lisbon is a few minutes away.

You won’t be disappointed. It’s not exactly central, kind of at the other end of Avenida do Liberdade. But Bolt is very cheap in Lisboa so that wasn’t an issue. Rossio is about 20 min walk from the hotel.
