Room is surprisingly spacious, the quality of the furniture was very good and it was cleaned every single day to keep the perfectly clean condition. We had access to the gym also which was great. Staff was happy to help us with every request. And on top - the location is perfect - very central, and close to numerous metro lines.

Empire State Building

Stretching into the sky at 120 stories high, the Empire State Building was once the tallest building in the entire world. Not for the faint of heart, its observation deck provides a bird’s-eye view of NYC. Dodge the crowds by visiting between 8 and 11 am and snap some photos uninterrupted, with the Big Apple as your backdrop.

Expensive but worth it. Staff at the top were helpful and knowledgeable about the skyline. Good exhibition about the history of the building. We went on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in August without booking and there was no queue!

Keep in mind that it gets very busy and it's heated during winter, so it can get very hot and crowded inside. I would recommend layering clothes so you can stay an okay temperature during the whole visit. I wouldn't wait for the elevators as it can get very long, you can always grab the stairs up to the viewing points and it's only 6 flights.

This hotel feels perfectly like New York. It is close to Penn Station and the hotel even has a subway terminal below it. About 15 min walk to Time Square (or you can use Subway). View from our room was very nice. Empire State Building very close to hotel. Staff was kind. TickTock restaurant inside was very good! Very pleasant experience.

The location was great. The F subway was close by. The staff members were all exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was cool. We had a really nice view of the Empire State building. We did not get the breakfast so I can't speak to it. There are 4 coffee shops within 2 blocks from the hotel. They held our luggage prior to check in so we could hit the ground running.
