We loved the breakfast. We loved the location. We loved that someone came and fixed our AC at 3 am within 5 minutes of calling. We loved that we could store our luggage before and after check out. We loved the lobby and the cocktail bar.

Our stay at Park Plaza County Hall London was truly memorable. We loved that our suite had two separate areas (a comfortable living room with a TV and a cozy bedroom with another TV), both offering breathtaking views of the London Eye. The location is simply perfect, just a few steps from Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, and Waterloo Station, making it the ideal base for exploring London’s most iconic sights.

The customer service was phenomenal! We stayed once before and it was so nice and family friendly we returned for a long holiday. My 2 1/2 year old son is not invisible, the staff welcome him, he has an incredible breakfast, loves playing with his hot wheels in the room while looking at the cars drive by. The staff throughout the hotel are just so friendly! Especially dog friendly because our fur son was also with us and he is greeted by animal loving staff. All the room service for my child was free, for example ordering warm milk evenings and mornings. There was a night we needed some diapers and luckily the hotel had some, it was not something they regularly have they said but that night they had some, lucky us because it saved us a trip from having to walk to the store when we were pretty beat from exploring around. Hyde park is across the street with plenty to do, playground to the left, fountains to the right, Diana’s memorial water fountain, cafes and ice cream everywhere.

The room was in the basement, there was no window, which is fine with me but, it was 100% fire trap. If there was a fire in the central hallway upstairs there was no way out and no way for anyone to break a window and get in.

The location is terrific, accessible to many Underground stations, taxis, Uber, and walking distance to so many things. The hotel was also exceptionally quiet for the area. It was cozy; our room was small, but it was efficient and exactly the right landing place for us during this quick trip to see West End shows and walk around all day. The staff were terrific, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come again.

I am very familiar with London, for me 3 nights is enough. I like to pace myself and just concentrate on a few things. This time we did Afternoon Tea at the Shard which was wonderful, we went to see "The Devil Wears Prada" which was excellent. We spent a morning just wandering around Covent Garden which is always fun especially in good weather and in the afternoon did "The State Room Tour of Buckingham Palace", really worthwhile. On our last day we chilled out in The Natural History Museum and the V&A..... Until the next time...

Loved London, saw 2 shows, Battersea Power Station really interesting. I did the Lift 109 experience where you go up the old chimney stack. great views of London. Recommend Tower Bridge. Did loads of walking. Uber boats along the Thames a good way to get around, plus you can see the sights along the way. Stroll through St. James Park, walk to Horseguards Parade and also up to Buckingham Palace. Great meals at Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden

What I enjoyed most during my visit was the ease of transportation and the smooth immigration process. Access to public transport was convenient, and I appreciated the wide variety of food and drinks available throughout the city. I especially loved exploring iconic tourist attractions such as the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Westminster, and the many beautiful parks. Having reliable internet access made it easy to manage my travel plans, including booking train tickets and navigating the city. The city of Oxford was another highlight—its charm and rich history are captivating, especially with the prestigious University of Oxford at its heart. The atmosphere there is both intellectual and picturesque. However, one downside was the presence of petty crime around Oxford Street, where incidents like mobile phone snatching can occur. I also noticed individuals on boats appearing to scout for unattended belongings, which was concerning.

Unfortunately we have lived in many parts of London since childbirth, however we now live up North. So you see, we are, you could say being Over 70 (But still working i.e. Office work) we are set in our ways and very British Traditionals so very sad to see that the Old British Way of Life is gradually being eroded. We Like everyone across the World should be, of their Country, very proud of the British Traditions/way of Life, as people across this beautiful World also should be of their Countries Traditions & Way of Life.

First time we stayed, we booked the cheapest and the smallest room with no window. That was a bit claustrophobic but worth the money. Second time we stayed I managed to secure an upgrade which was nice. Best thing about this hotel is location. Paddington is great to stay in as there are great food places near by, train goes straight to Heathrow Airport, train goes to all the great things you want to see in London and it's in 1 zone so cheap. I also felt safe in Paddington.

This hotel is such a find. It's quaint, traditional and beautiful; located on a little street opposite the modern offices and sky scrapers of the city. Felt like a sanctuary away from it all - very homey and comfortable with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Loved it here. I stay in London fairly regularly for work - this is my new favourite London hotel.
