Nice simple room, very clean, comfortable beds and with lovely staff. Ideal for a short stay or if you need proximity to the airport. They offer a shuttle service to/from airport for a reasonable (addt'l) fee, would definitely recommend if you have a late night/early morning flight like we did.

The staff went above and beyond for my family of 8 (3 rooms) as we arrived well ahead of check-in time from an international flight. They had us settled in record time! We also had a package that didn't arrive on time, and they held it for us until we returned to London.
