The hotel is located in a beautiful place surrounded by the mountains and the views of Tuscany. The room was very pretty and the beds were comfortable (we were lucky to get an upgraded room). The spa was very clean and had everything we needed to relax after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and had variety choices of food. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location and views for Tuscan country side with an excellent pool that is maintained well and cleaned every night. The owning couple are most friendly, accommodating and competent and hard working. Their guide for places to visit, restaurants and attractions in the area was also most welcome and appreciated!

Spectacular place in the middle of Tuscan's countryside. The swimming pool is really big, which allows kids to play on one side and parents to realx on the other one. The rooms are big and they have the typical countryside charm. The only downside is that ventilation inside the rooms is kind of poor, as they have mosquito nets at every window, and it can get really hot sometimes. But of course, I wouldn't ruin the facade of these old and charming buildings with some ugly A/C ventilators....maybe in the future they'll find a reasonable solution , otherwise you can just spend the evening outside in the garden, listening at the sound of nature that surrounds you, while drinking a nice glass of Brunello...

The hosts were so welcoming and helped out with additional items that we needed.Location was good as it was very central to most of the cities and towns we visited.Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped if you decide to self cater.They even had some wine and snacks when we checked in.Would probably stay again if we are ever back in Tuscany.

    Beautiful little town in the Tuscan hills ... beautiful, quiet and peaceful - yet not to far away from places like Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano or Volterra. Some very goods restaurants either in town or a couple of minutes away.

    It’s so authentic not many tourists and the scenery is...

    It’s so authentic not many tourists and the scenery is breathtaking. It’s a quiet area but so easy to get to all the sites within an hour tops from any direction, the roads are safe and easy access to the highway. The village has a supermarket, a handful of restaurants a couple of bars a quant square with cobbled paths.

    The place is gorgeous with plenty of lovely scenery that enhance relaxation. The apartment is clean with all the necessary amenities. The people, Martina and AnnaMaria are extremely helpful and always ready to help when the need arises. Though quiet and surrounded by forests and mountains you are so close to places of interests Tuscany is renowned for. You can be in the hustle and bustle of busy cities like Florence and in an hours time near the pools busking in the sunshine. Great place.

    Motaione lies perfectly in the heart of Tuscany with a small...

    Motaione lies perfectly in the heart of Tuscany with a small but really nice old town center. It's on top of a hill with a beautiful view all around. Unfortunately, if you go for hiking it's always very steep up or steep down - the same goes, if you rent a regular bicycle. But there is a really good mountain bike rental possibility: http://www.landhill.it/landhill-de/ in the center of Montaione. We paid 45E per E-bike and day. It's really worth to explore the region on the small roads by E-bike :-) There is a supermarked (COOP) in the center and a nice pastry shop.

    The location was amazing in this beautiful valley surrounded by fields and vines.! We arrived in the evening to a beautiful house with an amazing pool and garden. The service was excellent. We had our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The following day we spent near the pool in a complete tranquility. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the room was big and spotless

    We liked the location very near to Montaione. Carpe Dieum and Casa Masi must go to restaurants, quad biking in town excellent. We had 1 bed apartment with excellent outside area, pool super, laundry facilities excellent (free) Sara and Aesa helpful but never asked if everything alright or how’s it going. Pretty grounds.

    A beautiful place to stay in the historic part of Montaione. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste packs and bathroom products. The kitchen is modern and the bedrooms perfect. The heating works so well.

    A great villa with a nice interior, lot of space, own pool and a magnificent view. There was its own piece, but the Montaione village was nearby and also many other attractions e.g. in Pisa, Volterra and Florence. We had good information how to operate in the villa.
