It was close to the train station but you couldn’t hear the trains.

Huge space, great pricing, lots of amenities, great ac, nice lounge

The staff were all amazing! They were so kind which was very helpful to me since my travels had been stressful. The location is So very convenient!

Detailed instructions, easy to find, cool view, and very walkable to the entire Shimokitazawa neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful and we wished we had a longer stay!

Super near to the train station

Very tidy. Staff efficient and friendly. Great breakfast options and tasty food. Great location for walking to Fuda and Chofu stations.

Location right outside train station entrance, one stop away from shibuya, great place to put your head down and be around night life.

The area around the hotel was wonderful, lots of local cafes and restaurants. The train station was only a 4 min walk. The staff was friendly and they cleaned and replaced towels and toiletries everyday. It was quiet. My son is going to college in the area and I will stay here every time I come visit.

My sister decided to join me on the first night at the last moment and the property could accommodate a non-smoking twin room for us. I found out the single room I booked was a smoking room, and they just had a non-smoking room available and let me change my room. (I don’t remember ever booking for a smoking room as I hate the odor.). Anyway the staff members are quite attentive to your request. Because the hotel is in a shopping building, you can buy foods in the basement and go a restaurant on the 7th floor. It is super convenient and the airport limousine buses stop right outside of the building. The hotel stored my luggage until my limousine bus time.

The location Was clean The onsen

The location is really great, with an easy-access to heart of Tokyo but not so crowded. The staffs were so nice and kind and the breakfast was excellent.

Close to many shops, restaurants, shibuya crossing and train station

Good value, good location and an excellent buffet style breakfast is included.

The hotel is super close to Yoga station. It is right next to it and takes just a minute to get from the entrance for the hotel to the station! If you exit from the North Gates (北口), the stairwell is designed like an amphitheater. Climb up the right side. Immediately on the right, you will see a police box (交番)。Just walk past that, and head straight down and you will see the sign for Tokyu Stay. I didn't expect the room to have a well stocked kichnette, big washing maching and spacious balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was more spacious than I expected (but I had no luggage) I believe the hotel is a repurposed apartment building. The area is pretty quiet since it is residential and there are plenty of little eatieries around. The "Den-en-Toshi"line becomes the Hanzomon line after Shibuya station so you can take it all the way to Mitsukoshimae station or even further to Tokyo Skytree. The local bus also goes to Shibuya station.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and in 2 min from metro station providing easy access to attractions by subway

Awesome apartment not far from main Shibuya area

Location was great, room was really nice and had a great view too! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely vibrant neighborhood, loads of good food around, very lively on the weekends with a lot of pop up events and markets. Rooms were cosy and comfortable, beds were big for Tokyo.

It was reasonably priced and very clean. The room was nice for two people. Loved the free snacks and closeness to the train stop.

Free drinks and accommodating staff

The location is perfect! Such a nice neighborhood and the train is walking distance away. The hotel has a really nice community feel to it, has luggage storage downstairs which we took advantage of during the later check-in time, and a laundry room.
