We recently stayed at Samadhi Lagoon Villa for 3 days, and it was a truly peaceful and memorable experience for our family. The villa is beautifully situated, offering breathtaking lagoon views that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully designed, combining both comfort and elegance. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was fresh and delicious, with a delightful variety of local dishes. We also enjoyed a wonderful kayak boat ride on the lagoon, which added to the charm of the serene environment. Waking up to the sounds of nature and watching the sunset over the lagoon was truly magical, providing an ideal setting for meditation.

I will tell anyone coming to Sri Lanka - stay with Ravi at Margosa Mountain Villa. Best stay on our trip and top 5 lifetime. Stunning setting. Perfect room. Delicious food -organic rice, fruit, fish etc. right from the property, expertly cooked by Ravi’s wife Sewwandi. Pool is sublime. Birds galore (and easy to find and ID with Ravi’s help). Booked for two days. Stayed for 4. Great spot for excursions Dambulla, Sigiriya, and beyond, but we were happy just to relax and meditate on our good fortune to be there. Ravi spent 23 years as tour guide and it shows both in his care and expertise. I know this review sounds like a plug from one of his friends but I promise that 5 days ago we’d never met. But, yes, we have definitely made a new friend. Stay as long as you can.

So glad we decided to stop here for one night on our way to Tangalle from Ella. This was a phenomenal stay. The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The outdoor shower was great and the homemade soap and shampoo were a nice touch. The best part of this place is the family that took care of us with kindness. Highly recommend the cooking class. Everything was made from scratch and grown from the garden.

Everything was great, an amazing location in the middle of the forest, with a lovely village nearby. The host was wonderful, and all the staff were super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

My stay at Together Boutique Villa was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and beautifully maintained, and the entire villa has a stunning, minimalist aesthetic design that creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Such a gorgeous place to stay in the rainforest! The hosts can also do a guided forest walk with you which was the highlight of our stay! They were so knowledgeable and the food here was INCREDIBLE!!

We stayed in the double room with a pool view, a beautiful room. When I saw pictures online of the outdoor bathroom I saw sold! The restaurant onsite has great food and a very full buffet breakfast. The location is good also, close enough to Udawalawe junction (10 min walk). We did a full day safari tour with Gayan and it has been the highlight of this trip so far. He is a very knowledgeable guide and was very patient with all of my picture taking. Ask for him when you book your tour, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful hotel with full sea view to hikkaduwa beach. Frenzie is the sweetest host who upgraded us to a beautiful suite and made our stay memorable. Staff is excellent and attentive. Best hire in hikkaduwa

Excellent accommodation Hospitality

The team was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent. Our safari was excellent. The driver was very kind and good at spotting birds and animals, thank you very much for everything!!

Had a really nice stay here, the place has a very relaxed peacefull feel to it which make it great to just switch off for a few days. The rooms were clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made us have a comfortable stay throughout. Being close to the beach was a added advantage while still having a relaxed quite feel at the property Would definitely come back again here!

The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The facilities, room and grounds were beyond beautiful and relaxing and the food was delicious!
