The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The staff is very well prepared: from reception, concierge, restaurant to the cleaning staff. Everybody does a great job and are hands down one of the best staff I have encountered so far. The view of the Tower Bridge and Thames from the family room was fantastic. In the morning, the variety and quality of food was very good. Again, the view of the boats from the restaurant was extremely nice!

Main purpose for visiting was the Women's FA Cup Final.

Main purpose for visiting was the Women's FA Cup Final. We arrived on the Saturday (as we always do for this event) Saturday evening we headed to Tower Hill and to the Pier for the Bridge Illuminations Boat Trip (£15 per person) which we really enjoyed, followed by a visit to the pub across the road for dinner. Spent most of the Sunday around Wembley for the Match between Manchester United Women and Chelsea Women. After the celebrations and trophy 🏆 / medal presentation , we headed to London Designer Outlet where we had dinner at JRC Global Buffet, which was amazing tasting many foods from different Countries. Sunday evening , I headed into Hammersmith for a few drinks in local bars, where staff and Bouncers were friendly and welcoming.

London never disappoints, you could spend years seeing everything. Crowds this summer were insane, but enjoyed anyway!! So simple and easy getting around with public transportation, but you have to be able to use stairs!! Cabs were also great.

Using busses is a great way to get around and sight-see.

Using busses is a great way to get around and sight-see. Just use the same debit card to board each bus during the day, as you only spend a max amount each day, no matter how many busses you take. The same goes for the underground trains. Be forewarned that the big attraction areas (like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge) are going to be super packed with people. So go there early if you can, but avoid the working rush hour time on the underground...it's madness down there!. There are many lovely parks to explore - like St James Park, with parrots and pelicans you can feed. Buy a deal meal from M&S and have a picnic in a park to take a beak from the hustling crowds. Take a boat ride on a canal from Camden to Little Venice - the sights are amazing. The Zoo wasn't impressive, but I did get to see the giraffes and hear the lions roar. Just go with the flow wherever you venture. Getting upset with the crowded streets and restaurants will only spoil your trip.

    It was a lovely workation!

It was a lovely workation! The city has so much history and multitude of amazing things to do! We tried to squeeze in so much but would have liked to have just 2 more days to cover more to be fully satisfied for us first visit to UK. You can get around almost anywhere if you are able to figure the UK train/ tube systems! It is overwhelming initially but gets easier after day 1! Always a better choice than an Uber/ equivalent as well, no doubts at all due to traffic blocks in the tourist spots. We loved the hop on hop off tour with the river cruise which was excellent and let us cover so much in a day however, communication of the itinerary especially for the river cruise could have been better from the providers! Book hotel stays as near to train stations around your areas of interest to make it a breeze to commute. Avoid Itsu restaurant unless you enjoy pre packed reheated food! At Còte near the Tower Bridge we had a lovely dinner and wonderful service! We enjoyed our drinks at the Nickle Bar as well! Lunch at the Moniker with colleagues, near Lime Street was lovely too. We splurged on the Shard experience and it was worth it! But the Sky Garden is probably as good and free of of cost but needs to be booked ahead as most of the activities need to be else it booked out for weeks. We also visited Chepstow ( Wales) and had dinner at ‘The Boat Inn’ with amazing food and drinks in a home style restaurant and bar with a very warm setting, excellent ambience and superb service. It was the highlight of our trip! We also visited Windsor Legoland as we have Lego fanatics in our family and the check-in experience was very cold given it’s a kids destination! But the grounds are lovely!

We had a plan and worked the hotel into the things we wanted to do on this 4 day stay with limited use of tubes. Westminster Abbey pre book as limited spaces so moving and worth the visit. Imperial War Museum free entry just a couple of streets from the Waterloo Plaza fantastic displays a MUST of a visit. The Dixie Queen Thames river boat for a night of Nashville with amazing views of Tower Bridge and the bridge opens up above you. Breakfast at The Old Queen street cafe nr Westminster Arms great food and location. The cabs were a fair price and plenty of sights to see in walking distance. Southbank in the sunshine with a few cocktails. Brunch at The Grand Cafe Concerto next to Charing Cross station lovely with a nice cocktail.

We chose this hotel because we were going to the ABBA Voyage concert. We are very satisfied. Good apartments close to Stratford transport hub. I have never stayed in London so far from the center. A new and positive discovery for me. I definitely recommend this hotel. For London, the price and quality are super. Big shopping mall and everything else close by. Since we flew through Heathrow, getting to Stratford was easy via the Elizabeth line. I liked everything!

Beautiful hotel, knowledgeable staff, very large bedrooms in the townhouse. The location is magnificent, walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see and do in London. Very very easy to get to from Heathrow airport, direct tube to Green Park and then a 5 minute walk to hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels and location is unbeatable.
