Staying at the apartment was much better than expect. The apartment is very close to Westminster Abbey. St. James' metro station is just around the corner. A bakery and a small store are inside the same building. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. During the day, it may become loud sometimes, but it was pretty quiet in the evening and nights. If you are a business traveler, the kitchen chairs might be a bit annoying or uncomfortable...but said: no complaints at all, I would book again.

Location is perfect. It's very fitting single or couple traveling people. Room space are enough to using. I'm really like the kitchen having dishwasher and washing machine. I almost to extend my vacation.

I can be and have been very critical of some of the booking.com rentals I have "enjoyed" in the past. That some awful properties consistently get 8+ reviews seems entirely inexplicable to me. HERE, however, everything is just about perfect. Milk and drinks in the fridge; coffee, sugar, tea, salt&pepper in the cupboard; dish soaps, hand soaps and shampoos, capsules for washing machine and dishwasher, all of this supplied! TV connectivity and subscriptions, WiFi great. Comfort of bed and furniture just great. All clean! My very limited dealings with Sean, the owner/manager, were friendly and inobtrusive. Location is perfect, just a few tens of yards from the tube, but you're already in [expensive but swanky] SW1, so many attractions are walkable. St James Park is close-by for greenery. I recommend "Heart of the City" and will stay here again if I get the opportunity.

Le tranquille confort avec la sentiment d’être chez soi. Aussi la quiétude du lieu et sa sécurité, outre la proximité du métro. Enfin la dénomination Heart of the City n’est pas usurpée car l’on est vraiment au cœur de Londres et des principaux sites touristiques et attractions.

O apartamento é excelente, tudo novo e muito limpo, inclusive os eletrodomésticos e louças. Como eu cozinhei durante a estada, os utensílios de cozinha foram suficientes. Não bebo café, mas percebi que as cápsulas de cortesia eram de excelente qualidade, assim como os chás que consumimos. A localização é muito boa, além de ficar ao lado da entrada do metrô St James Park, de onde onde passam a circle e a distric line, que atendem muito bem as principais atrações da cidade sem precisar de troca do trem, está a alguns passos do Parlamento, e do St James Parque, que é um dos parques mais lindos de Londres. O Sean foi um anfitrião muito atencioso, pois durante nossa estada o apartamento teve um problema no aquecimento e antes mesmo de eu perceber, ele já avisou do que seria feito e foi nos atualizando sobre os reparos. Recomendo. Na próxima ida a Londres, espero que o apartamento esteja disponível.
