There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why there is a high-speed Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) connection. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher and more. The kitchen also comes with all the cookware, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, broom and mop are also provided. The apartment is heated with floor heating control via electric thermostat . The first bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. All three bedrooms have quality mattresses and bedding and linens are provided. All the necessary bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property can host up to 5 guests. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property. Please note, the following additional fee applies for late check-in after 19:00: - 30 from 19:00 to 20:59 - 50 from 21:00 to 22:59 - 80 from 23:00 to 00:59 - 100 after 1:00 AM Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required.
