PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no parties, gatherings, or events policy in place at our property. We require a 100.00 GBP refundable security deposit to be paid by bank transfer. This will be handled by a member of staff upon check-in and fully refunded upon the day of check-out provided that no parties are held or property damage occurs. We also require a valid form of photo ID (including an address) upon check-in for each guest that is booked to stay. Please note that only the number of guests that have been booked to stay are allowed in the property. Any additional guests who have not been booked to stay will be required to pay a surcharge fee. Beautiful cozy and spacious double bedroom in a shared house, with a door lock. There are 2 bathrooms to be shared between 4 bedrooms, a shared fully-fitted kitchen, and a lovely living room. This property is located only a 2 minute walk from Kilburn High Road train station and from all the high street shops.
