I went in last minute at midnight and they still accepted.
It was a decent place. The room was small but perfect for 1 person. It was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was great.

The location was beautiful, the weather wasn't too good for our stay so we couldn't explore the grounds
The lodge was wonderful, 3 of us stayed in the lodge and was plenty big enough for us
Parking very easy too

Had two rounds of golf booked at Hankley Common which is only 2 miles or 5 minute drive down the road. The a great little country pub perfectly situated with good food, nice rooms although a little small and lovely friendly staff. My room had a complimentary bottle of flavoured gin, also there is a small room called The study on the first floor which was a small seating area that had plenty of books for a nice quiet read, a radio should you want to listen and also a bottle of Glenfiddich single malt scotch you could help yourself to. Nice touch!
I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area…

Returning after attending college here 40 years ago it was wonderful to see the overall charm hadn’t changed, the period buildings, the quirky “yards” and churches, pubs and laneways means Farnham is still a beautiful place to visit. Plenty to investigate.
Shops have changed or updated but the character still invites a thorough walk around town.
Further afield delivers the pleasures of rural Surrey, Farnham and the environs, are in my opinion well worth a visit.

Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views.
Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views. Small village, a slow pace of life, just what I needed after a hard working week. Farnham recharged my batteries and I would love to come back again soon. I expect the lovely sunny warm weather helped in this idyllic place, but I cannot imagine it ever looking gloomy! We stayed in the Frensham Pond Hotel, just gorgeous, but we ventured out to eat. We found 3 pubs all pretty close (within a 2 minute drive of each other) all serving food. Our lunches were absolutely spot on, and with lovely gardens to enjoy them in. Like everywhere these days, look out for the pot holes!
The hotel was hosting a wedding reception so very lively on the 20th April and busy. I was warmly welcomed at check in by the employees. My room overlooked a grassy courtyard, was very clean and comfortable and equipped with coffee maker, mini fridge, a desk and flat screen TV. I ate continental breakfast on the morning of the 21st and there was a huge choice of cereals, bakery items, fresh fruits and juices. My car was parked overnight in the complimentary parking lot and that was great as well. Hotel internet worked fine.
Farnham House hotel is an excellent cost-effective hotel that I use from time to time when teaching at the University.
The staff are super-friendly and very accommodating, especially with respect to me being a vegan and therefore having certain dietary requirements. I also work very long hours when in Farnham and they bend over backwards to allow me to come and go at unusual hours. Everyone who works there is great.
Host was very welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us.
The bed was comfortable and we were provided with towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.
The room and bathroom are both spacious despite being in the loft and felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel, it is so well decorated.
The location is great and just a few minutes walk to Farnham station.
the location is stunning. the common areas are tasteful, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the pond.
the restaurant is the only thing that lets it down. It completely lacks character and any atmosphere, such a shame as could be a lovely place to dine - with magnificent views. it is not in keeping with the hotel or location and feels basic and functional only.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant a small oasis in the middle of the town centre. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
The event (murder mystery by murder 57) was amazing the food served was brilliant and the non alcoholic cocktails were wonderful. We had an exceptional stay and will visit again.
We have been a few times as we were exploring that part of Surrey to move in. We love this place and makes us feel at home. The kids love the family room with the double bed and lovely bath. There is also a small nice garden.
The pub has wonderful food and a children's area with books and toys and a beautiful garden with slides etc.
Across the street from a lovely pub, and short walk to beautiful Churt Common. Cozy, and clean with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to call it home away from home. Highly recommend
This was an ideal location for my trip to play golf at Hankley Common GC. The room, comfortable and clean. Evening meal, excellent and I had a continental breakfast which was just right.
