Two-bedroom apartment, set within the upper deck of London’s financial hub of Canary Wharf. All with air conditioning to receptions and bedrooms. Apartment has been interior designed and is perfect for entertaining with ample open-plan living space and dedicated dining area. Floor to ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural light into the rooms, while black out blinds ensure you enjoy a good night’s rest. The apartment benefit from outside space with expansive 360 views of the impressive Canary Wharf skyline via the penthouse Terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped with stylish LED under cabinet mood lighting, full-sized fridge/freezers, electric ovens with gas hobs, microwave ovens, external extractors, 1.5 sinks with food waste disposal, dishwashers, and washer dryers, so that you have everything you need from the day you Check in. The building is set in a secure location with on-street manned vehicle check points; and offers onsite receptionist and caretaker, 24 hour CCTV coverage and security, as well as a dedicated Building Manager.
With over 5 years experience within property management. I have worked for the leading managing agents from Rendall and Rittner to Savile. I have personally manager high end luxurious residential apartments and under stand how to provide high-level customer service.
