Excellent facility with exceptional staff!

It was a really enjoyable experience. The staff in reception and the bar were friendly and ever so helpful when I needed advice on where it was best to visit locally. The bar staff couldn't of done enough for me and my experience, and the food was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting as the spa facilities at the beginning and end of the day we're dreamy, and the pool was a decent size for doing lengths.

Had a great stay at the Continental Hotel. The rooms were great value for money, especially being so close to the airport. But the main reason for my review is the staff – they were so lovely and friendly. I hope I’m spelling this correctly, but I want to give a special shoutout to Meenu in particular – she was great!

Staff are superbly friendly, professional and always a pleasure to stay here. They remember I am a repeat customer and the rooms are always spotless.

It was in a residencial area with easy access to main road with public transport and plenty of great places to eat. Although it was part of a pub, the pub environment was very calm and it was peaceful at night.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and quiet, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (everything for an authentic english breakfast, fruit, pastry, drinks, etc.)

They had plenty of of variety but being Irish we found the the breakfast tasteless, import Irish bacon, sausage, white and black pudding and you have it made. The taste difference is phenomenal, everything else on the breakfast buffet was excellent

I love Richmond and The Selwyn was so close to everything - the station, the shops, the river, Richmond Green, Richmond Park. I loved the way The Selwyn was decorated and furnished.

I loved the style of the hotel, the staff went the extra mile for us. The Bar is beautifully decorated and the hotel was very stylish.

Lovely pub, restaurant and hotel all in one location. Quiet neighborhood and the staff are excellent - Alicja at the front desk was so friendly and had great advice for our stay! Nice touch to have nespresso coffee and milk included, plus a welcome treat!

It IS kinda far from central London but it’s not so hard to go there. The hotel looks amazing ,the stuff are the nicest, the rooms are so big and comfortable and worth the money And it was a very nice experience staying there

Large rooms, clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff

Perfect location. Really easy to get to the underground metro (5 mins walking). Nice stuff and the rooms were super clean!! We loved staying there and their breakfast is amazing!!
