One of the best locations to explore London without any doubt. Staff was very friendly and kind. Lobby bar is amazing - great snacks and cocktails menu. Room was cleaned 2x a day.

Lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked a room for my parents for a special occasion. They were assigned a great room with a handwritten note and a gift. My parents were impressed and kept mentioning the hotel as it was "family".

Great location in the middle of everything. Room and bathrooms were clean.

It was closed to the train station

Impeccable in every aspect: the staff, the room, the breakfast, the restaurants, the rooftop space with views of the city were simply outstanding.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They allowed me to check in early and checked in on a regular basis to see how my stay was going.

Good ubication and facilities

Everything! A beautiful hotel in every way.

Everything. I have never slept better in my life, the location was perfection and the staff were very helpful and kept me laughing my whole stay. They are truly stars and the only way the stay could have gotten better. Chris was so helpful with finding a hair straightener for purchase, which was definitely not a question I think he gets too often. The stay was unbelievably and left me wishing I didn’t have to leave!

Lovely view and near from many attractions. Quiet and confort. Very spacious room and with a very confortable bed. Great idea t have sprinkling and still water. Great roof bar and staff always willing to help. The board with phrases that change during the day are amazing and inspiring.

Silent despite being in the centre of London; comfy bed and good facilities

The location could not be better. The rooms were clean and quiet as well, and the staff very helpful in meeting our needs.
