Hotels near FAO Schwarz, New York

This is an Oh my God place!!! Excellent staff service and attendance, beautiful decorations, very clean, utilities were always available, location is awesome. The best of the best!

Staff and hotel were brilliant. First time together with my new girlfriend, we had an amazing time..

The view from the room, the quietness, the location.

The location is superb! The room was delightful on the 36th floor with a stunning view of the park. Next time we stay at the Park Lane, I would like to have a room with a large bathroom if possible at the same price.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Impeccable service and a very well prepared staff

Where do I begin to explain how opulent and exquisite this property is. We have stayed at many five star hotels globally and this one will go down as one of the most memorable. From a butler, to double bathrooms, tea set up and lavish surroundings. In the heart of 5th avenue. I would only recommend that there is an explanation on how to get to the residences. It is in the Saint Regis and you need to check into the hotel to get to the residence floors. This took a little time to figure out. Other than that we want to return and are not looking into the timeshare this property offers. Enjoy!

Your doormen are delightful! And our Butler, Julia was lovely

Location was great, staff was very accommodating, room was clean, I would come again

room clean and renewed, very good

I liked the room and the hotel reception staff . OH and the water pressure in the shower was amazing

staff, lots of selection for breakfast, clean, safe, close to train station, food shop, market

Location was perfect for our first visit to NYC

The location, decor, staff, and amenities

Very modern, clean, organic style, great location, friendly staff, great cafe/restaurant downstairs

My family and I went to experience Christmas in NYC. The hotel location was perfect, we were able to walk to all of the spots- Radio City music hall, Bryant Park, Central Park, Rockefeller and Times Square. The hotel was lovely. We had a Junior suite that was very clean, updated, beautiful. We ordered room service for breakfast which was great. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Location, value, reliability. I used the Shoreham several times, always as expected. I always start my NY stay search with this hotel.

The cleanliness, modern, neat and clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The location is perfect. And the vast selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The amazing location. On a walking distance to so many tourists attractions and good restaurants. But on top of that the staff was excellent. They made us feel so special from the check in until the very last minute
