Large, spacious suites with comfortable furniture. Wonderfully appointed suite with all you could need for a stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and even ate at the new restaurant. Highly recommend both the accommodations and restaurant.
We loved everything! We were greeted with a big smile staff were lovely and very efficient and happy,. Our room was beautiful and clean as were the towels etc. Breakfast was outstanding and many choices were offered.
All staff were excellent. Food was great and the location was superb. Ideally located next to tram terminal So transport to surrounding areas was great.

Lovely place to come for a holiday, beach is clean and can walk for miles, free paddling pool running for the kids. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Local shops cater to all. Great fish & chips shop near the pier. Fun on the pier. Lovely walk along the front to Lytham with a great lake and child's playground for all ages & crazy golf

I came with a group of friends for the 40s event in Lytham St Annes. The Lea Gate was a perfect location for this. We also visited Blackpool tower which was also easy to get to from the Lea Gate. Bus service excellent.

Lots to see and do, also Eat, most of it walkable, there’s also Morecombe easily excess able by bus, car or taxi, there’s also a main line station to access Cumbria or Scotland, Blackpool, Manchester or Liverpool

What a nice, British seaside town!
What a nice, British seaside town! The Eric Morecambe statue and surrounds were worth the visit on their own. The town was full of ‘characters’ who, without exception, were sooooooo friendly. I’d recommend a bit of a tour of the local pubs! Top place. A smashing day/night was had by all.

The location is so beautiful views from all aspects. Lots of character within the design of the building and well maintained.
A must stay if you want to relax and find a place to appreciate the countryside and all it has to offer.

Very pleasant pine lake resort. Everything spotless. Good restaurant with varied menu. Very relaxing. Really appreciated that there were no dogs on site. Didn't visit Carnforth but went to Arneside which is a lovely village including a great fish and chip shop. Ideal for visiting south lakes.

There was plenty to do in chorley, great market. Excellent restaurants and coffee houses.
A wonderful place if you like to know about where you are staying and great just to wander around the town centre.

Just ask more questions before using their other facilities so you have all information in hand. Reception should share more information on arrival. They have a good pool for people who love swimming and sauna. I enjoyed it very much.

Garstang is situated in a wonderful area! There are lots of walks and places of interest to visit! I used to live in the area about 30 years ago and was quite disappointed that the centre looks so grotty.. what a shame!
