York has a wide range of things to do and see, just walking around the centre offers a lot of variety from the narrow, medieval, shopping streets of the Shambles, to York minster, the Roman walls, Clifford's Tower and more besides. There are plenty of places to stop and eat and drink while you explore.Guest review byKevinUnited Kingdom - 8.0
the location, price, breakfast was good.
the location, price, breakfast was good. Let down by the parking fee @ £20, room small, toiletries very cheap, used my own. Went for a funeral so didn't look around, but went to the city center for food as more choice for Gluten Free.Guest review bySuzieUnited Kingdom - 8.0

A lot of our enjoyment was weather dependent - beach, sea- open top buses £12 day pass for 5 of us ( one a 2 yr old). Grandson wanted to ride them all day - great way to travel from south to north bay and to visit Peasholme park. Attractive beach and backdrop - good to have beaches where dogs allowed but also where not allowed too. Attractive harbour where could get cheap short rides on 'pirate' boats out to sea. Sealife worth visiting esp on coastal open air train ride- log flume , boats and cafe etc at station. Variety of restaurants.Guest review byjacquelineUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Whitby is very hilly so you need to be fairly fit to enjoy the town. Very picturesque around the harbour area. The abbey is a must to visit. My only negative was that there was too many dogs. The town appeared more dog friendly than children friendly.Guest review byRonUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Loved Harrogate this was our first visit, we did a Ghost Walk and a City Days walking hunt that took us all around including some areas a little further out where we saw and experienced things we would probably not have seen. We ate at Divino’s excellent food went for the 2 course lunch for £14.50 excellent value, we also ate at The Yellow Chair Cafe fabulous Lasagne good pricesGuest review byCAROLYNUnited Kingdom - 4.0
No real reason to visit.
No real reason to visit. It’s a functional place for the people who live there or travel through. In my humble opinion one would not choose to visit Bradford in the way that one would choose to visit Harrogate or York for instance.Guest review byGraemeUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Easy to find clean and friendly. Super dog friendly but could have done with a bit of a dog run or enclosed garden. Great parking and basic menu. Not really a holiday destination but a fab overnighter.Guest review byROSALIEGermany - 10.0

Bridlington is a lovely seaside town with a working harbour and plenty of things to do for young and old. It has lovely views of the surrounding cliffs and 2 great beaches like all towns it has a few run down spots but it always has a warm welcome wherever you go. The Spa theatre puts on a variety of shows and it has an excellent leisure centre with lots of sports facilities. Everywhere is walkable and there are plenty to shops and eateries to suit all tastes.Guest review byDeniseUnited Kingdom - 10.0
