- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 21 reviewsProperty was just as described. Getting in was very easy. Host is super responsive and even offered us a late check out because the next guests weren’t scheduled to come until much later that day. There’s a grocery store right around the corner and plenty of cute shops and restaurants just down the street. Really enjoyed the location as well as the property itself!Guest review byAlissaCanada

Lisbon is such a beautiful city!
Lisbon is such a beautiful city! There are so many things to see and do. We were only there for 5 days and feel that an extra couple were needed. Fabulous vegan restaurants as well. Cascais was lovely, as was Sintra. A tuk-tuk trip around the city is a must, stopping at the TimeOut Market! We also did a bird watching boat trip to the Tagus Estuary Nature Reserve and saw pink flamingoes, which was pretty exciting for us!Guest review byAngelaAustralia - 10.0

We've been to Cascais 9 times, we love it, in the main centre there are a great selection of restaurants, and lovely wine bars, if you head up the street by burger king, there are a few streets with a fabulous selection of restaurants with outdoor dining, with a great atmosphere.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
The place for surfing, sun and beach life.
The place for surfing, sun and beach life. Several kilometers of gorgeous sandy beaches and nice waves, suitable also for the beginning surfers. All the necessary services are available. People are still friendly for tourists and most understand English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. Lots of young people and families there, not just elderly.Guest review byMirjamiFinland - 8.0

Oeiras is a suburb of Lisbon, so not overwhelmed by tourists. We found some great places to eat that were appreciative of our custom. There was a fantastic vegan restaurant just outside the town centre (Alma Veg). The main problem for us was the ddual carriageway that passes right by the beaches.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Estoril is ideal for singles, couples and families who want...
Estoril is ideal for singles, couples and families who want a relaxing break away. There are plenty of hotels, bars, cafes and restaurants but there isn’t a specific area or ‘strip’ of these, they are just dotted around. The casino and its garden are a dominant and attractive focal point so there are a few places near to it. There’s Portuguese food, of course, but also Italian, Chinese, Indian and Japanese. You can get fish and seafood dishes of any sort but there’s also lots of steak on offer. Prices are very reasonable. Some people travel in and out of the town specifically and solely to use the beach by day or the casino by night, some to attend events at the glamorous looking fort on the beach, so the town isn’t dead but it can feel quiet at certain times. It’s definitely a chilled out place to stay in. There are only a few local shops for groceries and not really any souvenir shops. In my opinion, it has more of a local, residential vibe and isn’t touristy. For a change of scene, by train Cascais is just a 5 minute ride away or Lisbon is about 40 minutes away. It’s great to visit either and then escape the crowds by returning to Estoril! There is currently a replacement bus service in operation after 9pm (not sure how easy that is to use) but at other times the trains are very frequent and inexpensive.Guest review byPaulaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Booked last minute on our travels. Loved it . Staff very helpful My only complaint would be that the hotel didn’t sell alcoholic beverages but it wasn’t a problem. A small bar 2 minutes away ( lovely) and Lidl next doorGuest review byJanetUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Montijo is a hidden gem that beautifully blends traditional charm with modern amenities. Nestled close to Lisbon yet far enough to offer a serene escape, this town captivates with its rich history, friendly locals, and stunning natural landscapes. The quaint streets, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine provide an authentic taste of Portuguese culture. Its proximity to the Tagus River offers picturesque views and opportunities for leisurely walks or boat rides. Montijo is also a gateway to beautiful farm stays, where you can experience the peaceful countryside and savor fresh, local produce. The town's relaxed pace and welcoming vibe make it perfect for unwinding, while its convenient location allows easy exploration of nearby attractions. Whether you’re seeking tranquility, cultural immersion, or a base for day trips, Montijo delivers an unforgettable experience. A true Portuguese treasure that leaves you wanting to return!Guest review byManishPortugal - 6.0

It's becoming too crowded, and it is no longer safe at night on the beach or the promenade. Prices have gone up a lot in restaurants and cafés, and most of the time, the quality of the food and service doesn't justify it. Another nice place lost to the excess of tourism.Guest review byBernardoPortugal - 8.0

Alcochete is a very quiet place, every points of interest are at walking distance. You would find Bank, gardens, restaurants and coffee shops every where and friendly staff always ready to attend your queries and guide you the best possible. Recommended place to spend quiet times and enjoy good Portuguese cuisine.Guest review byARMozambique - 8.0

The staff at Goa Square were friendly, helpful, and always available with recommendations. The rooms themselves were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location in Amadora is great for exploring Lisbon. There are plenty of sights nearby, and it's easy to get around. Just a heads-up that there can be some noise from the cuisine at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. Overall, though, a great stay!Guest review byLogos_PTPortugal
