Massive loud humming noise fan throughout our stay, couldn’t sleep it was so loud, managed to sleep early in morning to be awoken by loads of drunk people screaming and shouting in the corridor and nearby rooms. No fridge, no bathrobes, very basic room for £222!!

Staff seem a little unfamiliar with the concept of hospitality. A pot of tea out on the deck seemed to be too much. Also not keen to serve some walk ins who had stopped for a quick drink.

Room promised AC at time of booking however when we saw the room, there was no AC. We enquired at reception and they mentioned centralised AC in the room but it was not working. We complained about it and they sent someone to fix it but nothing happened. We again complained in the morning at the reception but they simply said that we will check but we paid AC charges for a non AC room. There was no comfort since the room was hot and we were not able to sleep properly at night.

Not sure why we were in an accessible room but sad to see that location of wall mounted soap dispensers in bathroom were far to high for someone in wheelchair.
