I was complaining in my previous stays that the beds were not comfortable. This trip the mattress in my studio was replaced with a much more comfortable one , so, it didn,t have the previous back pains , and my sleep was comfortable

That,s the first time I stay on the first floor . My previous stays in this hotel were on the 2nd and 3rd floor , and the WIFI was much better . This trip I had problems with the wifi . It was slow , and the connection would be on and off the whole time .

The property manager was very easy to deal with and let us stay late upon checkout. Our child was not feeling well. We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. He answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently.

Just behind the Oxford Street very central place. You can reach Trafalgar Square by walking. There is a Tesco Express just 5 minutes walk. The employees are helpful.

There is no locker inside the rooms (4 people) even though I do not have many things with me I prefer to lock my belongings. They said that I can put my my valuable things (camere, PCs etc) to check in points.

Fabulous location - right opposite the village shop and round the corner from one of the two pubs. Excellent base from which to explore the area.

If you are a dog owner you probably won't notice this but we smelt 'dog' as soon as we walked in the door - not unpleasant but quite strong. It would not stop us from booking again though! Might be worth mentioning that you have to pass through Bedroom 1 to access Bedroom 2 (and back through Bedroom 1 to get to the bathroom). Not a problem for us but might be for some.

Location was great, on the sea front over looking the sea. The apartment was large, airy and was clean and modern - I would stay again

The approach to the apartment made us initially think about our choice but it was really nice and good value. Parking can be a bit hit and miss but we were able to park out side free from 1700 to 1100. There are quite a few steps to carry luggage up to the accommodation but I would stay again

There was an alarm that went off, I think if you didn’t lock your door and left the security card in the slot. This happened and the alarm went off very early and lasted a long time. We were in bed and it woke us up. Perhaps the alarm could be removed or quiet just fur the room as it was very loud!
