We had a great stay at The Hedley Townhouse. The hotel is spotless, nicely decorated and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The owners are super friendly and caring for their guests. They put breakfast items in the tea room in the morning, which was very nice before starting the day exploring the area. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach in a quiet area with dining options around. It was a great experience all around and we would stay there again if coming back to Bournemouth!

This really was a top quality studio apartment, extremely well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed, everything provided. It’s large. We were only there for a night but it would be great for longer. Exceptional value.

The location is great. The house is nice. The room was good. The man, who fixed the accidental power outage caused by another guest, was there instantly and extremely helpful.

The staff was online only. I can see that some people might like that but we struggled with it. A couple of times it was hard to actually get ahold of an actual person. Response could take up to several hours. I didn't realise parking would be down the street, on the street, if you can find space. The walls are thin so you constantly hear the other guests, so hopefully you aren't a light sleeper like me.

We’d booked a family room for 4 of us but sadly not quite set up for 4. ie only 2 mugs, duvet on sofa bed was a single, only 3 sets of towels. Air con not terribly effective so quite warm!!! Small room - a bit squeezed for 4 but functional.
