This is an exquisite family home which guests are lucky to share. Our room, Pepecorn, had a luxury 4 poster, view onto open fields, a seating area, separate small coffee room and thence on to a spotlessly clean ensuite complete with walk in shower. We had yoghurt/porridge staters for breakfast followed by the ‘full English’ which was delicious. As it was early May when we stayed here, we didn’t brave the use of the outdoor swimming pool…

Nice country house but I had to leave because of my medical cannabis which I get of the doctor for only stayed 2 nights I payed £390 and they wouldn’t refund me anything. I couldn’t even vape in there large garden I went to the fields but cos I was smelling of it they wasn’t happy one bit I offered to show them my medicine and I’d card but they wasn’t interested.

The owner and son very rude cats hairs on dinner table when serving breakfast and lunch. Jacket pocket and beans £7 a tuna roll 6.50 no cooked breakfast and the room a stay in you couldn’t move plus the house has a bad smell of tobacco.

Location for access to Man Utd stadium facilities were good and enclosed pitch on roof was was a great extra for kids they loved it and met other kids to have a game kept them occupied for a couple of hours

Comfortable (ideal) house for a large group. Clean, tidy, comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. Accessible terrace. A washing machine, oven and microwave were available.

Check in and check out was easy. All the staff were friendly. The location is excellent for central Liverpool. And the quiet rooms are indeed quiet.

The water pressure for the shower was weak I would say it needs a booster. The evening meal although pleasant didn't knock our socks off, but the breakfast was superb.

Could do with a clean outside the front doors and steps. Only one person on at breakfast checking folk in and the food wasn’t replenished quick enough.
