- “The modern retro look in room and the amazingly decorated corridors made this place my favorite hotel. I had the luck of getting an airside room and could see nighttime operations on the runways. Certainly a place an AVgeek would love. The small touches like postcards in room and great amenities like shaving razor and cream were much appreciated. The "secret" rooftop terrace where you could sit and watch operations at the airport 24/7 was wonderful. Staff were all lovely - one manager was even greeting people outside and leading them in to the lobby.”

Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.”

  Lovely house, easy to find, great parking capacity if you have a car. Brilliant bath, needed after twenty two mile walk. Beautiful room, lovely large bed. Brilliant breakfast and fantastic service from the staff. I spoke to the owners who were away, but the staff they had in place did a fantastic job. They when the extra mile by chasing me down the street as I forge my waterproof over trousers. These were really needed on the St Cuthbert's Way in April!

  The hotel is in a good location, just far away enough from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough for you to have everything in walking distance. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Rooms were very clean & bijoux.

  With our room being compact it did get quite warm & the air conditioning unit was situated directly above the bed. This meant we had to ensure the temperature was right before settling down to sleep for the night.

  Breakfast was a prepacked bag of things with a coffee from a machine at reception. This was good for what we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thankyou. The room and facilities were clean.

  There was a new fridge in its packaging, and a roll of carpet or flooring material in the reception hall lowering the tone somewhat. The staff told us refurbishment work was ongoing but was taking far too long.

  Set in a beautiful location, annex looks idyllic Bathroom and bedroom very clean Met the owner who was very nice.

  Water pressure in shower very poor due to the shower head being too big for the shower so, unable to wash my hair. The cobwebs on the living room ceiling, around the windows and under the TV cabinet not good especially the ceiling. Crockery not checked as the first plate I got out of the cupboard was still dirty. Also, no batteries in TV control when I got there and the back was missing. I eventually found the back of the control under the sofa seat, if this was cleaned under it would have been found. Chantell did however, replace batteries immediately :)
