  Loved the period feel to the property, beautifully decorated, lovely friendly staff. Instructions for accessing the property out of hours were clear. Breakfast was delicious! Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Room was very clean and well furnished. USB charger point available at the bedside tables. Mattress extremely comfortable. Room temperature adjustable.

  We picked this hotel as we had shortlisted our options based on where had parking and an EV charger, but the charger here wasn't working. This was no fault of the property owners at all as the charger was managed by another company. It's seems they've been trying really hard to get it fixed. But it did mean we had to make a stop somewhere else to charge up which was an unforeseen disruption to our break. Maybe worth calling ahead to check if you're booking this place based on charging facilities.

  The breakfast is excellent, with something for everyone. The hotel is situated right in the centre of town in the thick of the action. Restaurants, bars, shops right on your door step. The staff were good-humoured, incredibly helpful and really added to our stay. Cozy, well-appointed room that was spotlessly clean.

  Nothing to not like about this place. Absolutely perfect for us. Clean, tidy all modern fittings. Everything works perfectly ,great shower. Plenty of towels. Bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival. The beds were very comfortable we felt a bit spoilt to be honest.

  Great location. Parking easy and useful. Spacious. Great view from living room. Tea coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. Good choice of local restaurants particularly La Famiglia.

  The bed was too small and creaky. The bath/shower tap was very stiff. Instructions (for example use the hand towel to turn it) would help. However very much recommended.

  Well sized rooms, convenient access to tube and high street and of course Camden Locks, friendly staff (thanks Amir!) and generous breakfast

  Neighbourhood gets dodgy in the evenings - I defaulted to Uber in the evenings to avoid the walk from tube station to the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but still something to consider. Also, a bit more variety in the breakfast would be welcome. It's the exact same spread every day.
