1 The smell. Really strong smell of mould, specially the bedding. Big mould behind the main door and above the bathroom window. We all had headaches 2 The door would keep us locked as it always got stuck 3 The chairs were very wobbly and broke down causing an accident 4 No cot available on the first night. My infant had a hard time because of the bedding smell and was sneezing and coughing all night 5 More cleaning supplies would’ve been appreciated: extra cloths, bags, paper towels, maybe a handheld vacuum cleaner

Poor quality dining table and chairs. Also cheap cutlery with loose handles and crockery, much of which doesn’t match. All out of keeping with the quality of the rest of the apartment. Certainly not ‘luxury’. I suggest you invest in some improvements.

Our sheets were splattered with blood stains, which we did not notice when we arrived late. We were shocked to notice these in the morning. Unable to achieve the right temperature during the night and therefore did not rest sufficiently. Steep step out of shower felt dangerous. Breakfast mediocre by comparison with other hotels,
