The villa's location was also ideal, with easy access to charming nearby dining (5 minutes walking distance), as well as beautiful hiking trails for exploring the natural beauty of the region. walking from her Vila via Kościelisko and end up to dolina za bramką. vila is 30 min walking distance to centrum too. Overall, our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a stunning setting. I can't wait to return! Money value.”

  Cleanliness was excellent. Facilities inside the room also exceptional - coffee machine and pods and bags never seen before in a hotel room. Breakfast was amazing - huge variety and the poached eggs were top notch. Came to attend a family celebration in the hotel so didn’t order dinner. The fresh milk and drinks in the fridge were a lovely extra that was complimentary.

  Location was brilliant, room was huge with 2 very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was amazing, great quality, choice and all presented by very pleasant, friendly staff We were greeted by very pleasant staff and we especially enjoyed our welcome treat!

  Bedroom carpet could have been cleaner and we had to ask twice for a non slip bath mat, as the bath was very slippery. I wasn't allowed to sit by the side of the pool, whilst my family were swimming, as it was 4.45pm and they were expecting the children's swim time to begin 5-7pm. At that specific time, they had no idea how many people would need seats, but I was still told I couldn't use a seat. All very disappointing, especially, as I'd estimate they have in excess of 25 seats to sit.

  The staff, as usual, were fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, overlooking Oulton broad.

  Since the take over the emphasis is clearly on profit. The evening carvery was poor with more the a few diners leaving thier Yorkshire pudding on their table. Breakfast. One poor lady to take orders, serve and clear up. There is a real need for at least 3 or 4 staff members. We originally thought this was down to staff shortage but this is the normal. The milk is only UHT and the quality of the food was quite poor. In the past it was self service and much better. But as I said all for profit. We won't be returning. Sad really.
