The greeting was exceptional and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is something money can't buy. The food was very good with a very wide choice and the dining room was cozy and warm with an agreeable atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much, not knowing what to expect from the area as we had not visited Liverpool before. The hotel is well placed to visit Liverpool without staying in the city centre.

Absolutely lovely hotel , up near the Castle , nice bar and outside area. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lots of choice . Really nice! Would recommend and we will be back we had a great day/night

Chaos in giavanies resteraunt, poor organisation, we go our food delivered seperately so ate alone and poor quality also water leaking through the ceiling and lights .many people queuing and bookings were nor listed apparently A very poor experience and couldn't wait to get out of the resteraunt. Feed and run! Geneal lack of signage, and wrong information provided eg breakfast location. Felt more like a 60s butlins camp than a hotel.
