  The hotel was lovely and clean. The bed & pillows were really comfortable. The roof terrace was good. The location was great, very near Westfield shopping centre. Was a great location as we went to see Abba Voyage which was amazing. We got a taxis from the hotel to see Abba, which was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  We had a small issue with the payment of the hotel, re - deposit they take when you check in. It does seem to hold things up, I just wonder if there would be an easier way to do this. However, Sarah who was on the reception the next day was very helpful and sorted it all out. She was very nice and professional. The breakfast was sufficient, the food could have been a little hotter, otherwise it was good.

  A nice small apartment on a very good location. It was very clean and cozy. The metro station is 50 m away. The neighbourhood has shops and pubs so you have everything you need in walking distance. The host was very nice and left us some cookies and water for our arrival. All in all we were happy with our stay here

  The apartment has one small heater in the hallway that couldn't really warm up the entire apartment so it was a bit chilly at times. Also it doesn't have an hair dryer, which is not a huge problem but could add one for the future.

  - location is good, close to various tube stations - staff was nice, provided a clean towel when the one in the room was not clean

  - Hotel is advertised as a 3-star property on booking(.)com, while on google and trip advisor it has one star - I feel like we were misled. - Room was around 5sqm, literally just enough to walk around the bed. One person had to sit on the bed and curl their legs up so the other one could walk past, got even worse when we had to open suitcases. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully and stop on the bed, you had to be on the correct side of the door to get in. I don't mind small rooms, but this was literally recreation of Harry Potter's cupboard under the stairs - could have gone to Wizarding World for that and have more fun. - No space to put your suitcases/items - No additional bedside light except of the ceiling light, which was making buzzing sound after being on for a while - No window in the room, only one in the bathroom = zero ventilation - Paper thin walls, we could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us - Bathroom had a cracked window - Towels had stains on them - Bathroom was generally not very clean/kept up, there was mould/dirt in the grout and on the windows Easy to say we checked out one night early.

  The interior design in the room was unusual and quite appealing.

  The bed was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress was dirty and uncovered, they only put a sheet over the mattress topper and the bed was still hard, and every time you move it creaks loudly. The duvet was very thin. My room was directly opposite the door to the lift and stairs so it was noisy too. The drains in the bathroom needed cleaning, it smelt bad after using the sink. Breakfast was basic and the coffee from the machine was very weak.
