We have just stayed at Seaspray for a mini break of four days and it was a fantastic base for our planned trips out around the area. We cannot fault this B & B. We have stayed here a couple of times before and it just gets better and. better. We were made to feel very welcome by extremely friendly staff. The proprietor is trying out a Mexican vibe in the lounge which makes the atmosphere so happy. The evening food has also got a Mexican theme and was delicious. Our room was cosy with a perfect view of the sea. Breakfast was great with various options and I like the fact that you ordered it the night before. A special shout out for the heavenly homemade granola with yoghurt and berries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were not so comfortable and couldn’t change them, my reading light on the bed head was unusable- flickered and crackled loudly but they couldn’t fix it while I was there. One dryer in the laundry didn’t work.

The basement room was pokey, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the room was extremely loud - I was woken up constantly throughout the night by trains rumbling the building and by a literal fight in the room above me
