Loved the location, room exactly as described, it is tiny as not much space to move around, the bathroom has good storage , but big bed, decent size refrigerator and nice microwave and electric kettle. The size of the room was not a problem for us as we only needed to sleep, watch a show on TV and was out most of the day, we were busy all day. The complimentary basket is very nice. Loved to catch up on our Netflix and relax . Loved the room facing the back and quiet, bonus for the splashing koi fish in the neighbours yard, quite nice sounds. The staff we met was friendly and helpful, lovely people.

Personal preference the pillows were to hard and the bed to hard. The rails for towels came apart during our stay. Drain in the shower seemed a bit clogged.

This was an exceptional stay. All of the staff encountered during our stay were wonderful being both friendy and helpful. The breakfasts and bar food were both presented beautifully and wonderffully cooked. A very enjoyable stay.

Loved the convenient location to Kew Gardens underground. Staff were lovely. Breakfast good, albeit sometimes slow. Bed very comfortable.

Hotel a little shabby but still clean. It can't help being on the flight path occasionally. It was annoying but didn't prevent sleep or wake us up.

One of us has mobility problems and so a chair with arms would have been great. Most people would not find this a problem as there are three comfortable sofas.
