The host was absolutely amazing and even accommodated my last minute booking due to a last minute cancellation with another property. He was extremely helpful and the checkin process went down smoothly as he is located close by to the property. I stayed here from 2-3 May and will definitely he staying again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay and for being so accommodating and friendly on arrival.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel is on nice grounds - the breakfast has a really nice selection. The bed was comfortable and our stay was due to my friends wedding and so we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay.

Considering this is a spa hotel, the rooms are looking a little dated and don't scream spa. The bathroom really needs an update, and the toilet cistern made a lot of noise so I feel like getting maintenance done in the rooms needs to be looked at. The rooms are quite tight and so you are on top of each other a little. You can hear a lot of noise from the corridor so pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Upon arrival I discovered my door wasn't catching the lock, reception had maintenance arrive within minutes who then fixed the issue while I went for something to eat, all the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast, considering it was buffet style and sat under lights I found the food very cold, apart from the mushrooms.

The accomodation was really nice and clean - it seems it's newly renovated. Neighbourhood is nice, quite and full of green. Train station and shops are in walking distance (15mins).

Walking outside to get to your room and creaks on floor board almost every where your walking. Room was good and no noise while walking.
