The Property was very clean and comfortable. Just out of town so was quiet and away from the busy town. Buses were very frequent and the bus stop was very close by. I didn’t use the bus as I enjoyed the walk. This took about 35 minutes to the main town with shops to look in on the way. The breakfast was very good and it suited me to eat in my room as I was staying on my own. I did need a bit of help with the front door and my room using the key pad as I cannot see very well but I soon got the hang of it.

The 2 gentlemen at reception were lovely. Very central to Lancaster Gate tube station and of course Hyde park. Local restaurants,bars shops cafes on your doorstep. Pleasant area.

It basically does the job. A place to sleep and get washed. Must say it was clean. Windows are very thin and could hear people outside as if the window was open. Walls also very thin and could hear people talking next door and moving about the bedroom.

Location is great. Only stayed for one night, highly recommended to the families with kids. Enjoyed two separate rooms and kitchen facilities.

Indifferent staff, overall look and finish of hotel. Overall rather uncomfortable room. Toilet did not even have a shelf where you put the essentials. Room had no desk, « fire » exit door was 50 cm from room door which made it extremely complicated to get in and out. Overall an uncomfortable and sad looking place
