Positive section of review
It is easy to check in and out, though there are no staff around mostly. Housekeeping knocked dead on 11 to ensure you vacated. While it could be very noisy, and is warned when booking, as there is a pub and restaurant right below, it wasn't too bad, and it was a Friday night. It's a basic no frills option that would suit if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, so consider this when looking at the value. You are also warned about the steps which are an issue with a large case but that was clearly mentioned ahead of arrival.

The front access door was stuck open so wouldn't shut, which felt a little unsecure. As mentioned no staff around so not sure if there was an issue how easy it would be to address. It didn't offer more than a room and a shower so hard to rave about or complain too much. Tea facilities are offered but the kettle was incredibly limescaled so i passed on that, just up to your preference. A bit of a ways from the station (would suggest bus or uber if coming with cases) but close enough to the cruise terminal and Oxford Street for a drink if you want.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Overall, everything was fine. The room was clean, the location was good, and the price was reasonable. Everything corresponded to the description.

However, we didn't really enjoy the breakfast, and I was bothered by a strange sound when the window was open at night (you can't hear it with the window closed).

Superb location, great staff and breakfast to start the day, only 5 minutes walk to Hyde park and shops nice quiet area good value highly recommend would stay again
