The place felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable and generously stocked. They even left fresh bread and milk for us which I loved. Everything worked and they went above and beyond to supply anything you might need. There was a big basket of delicious snack and cereal, extra bathroom supplies like make-up wipes and quality towels and it was a spacious flat with nice size bedrooms and kitchen. The home was warm, cozy, quiet and had a safe parking space just outside the door. It was the best place for the price we stayed in all of our 11 days in Scotland.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, we enjoyed dinner and cocktails in the bar (with 20% off voucher when you stay) and breakfast was great too. The room was a deluxe superior, good size, very comfy bed and beautifully decorated.

The accommodation, was ok. N the seat was ok.

The fact that their was a no noise policy after 8:00 at night. People allready their didn't follow this. People washing in middle of night. Bagging about. Knocking on doors. The kitchen wasn't clean. I had to clean units. N needs a longer rail down to flat. Won't brining my autistic person back.

Very rundown inside the whole of the ‘hotel’. Beds and pillows were hard and incredibly uncomfortable. The carpet and decor had definitely seen better days. Bathroom in the bedroom had many faults including mould and sealant peeling away, hot tap didn’t work properly, shower door wouldn’t stay in place, nowhere to put toiletries/makeup. Breakfast was adequate. All in all, definitely over priced and photos did not show a true perspective of the establishment.
