  Lovely country pub. Used to be a coaching inn in days past. Twin room clean and spacious with all amenities. Lots of plugs but did take some fiddling to get the adapters we had live for charging. Bad adapters, I'm sure. Some nice walks close by and about 40 minutes from Avebury neolithic complex.

  Was lovely place to stay. Very clean. Quiet. Some beautiful views, ours was off a cemetry with a church in the middle but it was very well kept and clean so it was only a bit scary at night looking out but truth be told i scare easy 😅. All in all very beautiful and peaceful place to visit.

  Mattress was a bit to hard (for me personally as i suffer from osteoarthritis) cld be a bit thicker. Didnt see or speak to any staff.

  Property is in an excellent location. Could see the sea from the window. Checking in was easy, and the man who did it was really lovely. The room had tea, coffee and bottled water provided, all of good quality. Will definitely return in the future

  Good location with a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Great view from room 3, looking across to the Abbey. Mini fridge with tea and coffee facilities. En suite bathroom. Relaxed atmosphere.

  The room was comfortable and the food was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. The car park is a good size and the hotel is easy to get to from the dual carriageway.

  There was a wedding on the day I stayed and the room location meant it was quite noisy. Some hotels advise guests of a wedding when they book a room. That wouldn't have changed my mind in this instance but I might have organised something else to do in the evening.
