The family room is actually a suite with a living room and two big bedrooms - perfect for our family of 5. All staff were friendly and helpful.. Decor throughout was really lovely - especially in bar and lounge areas. Food was very nice and plenty of it.,

Breakfast had a good selection of cooked options, which were tasty and very nice. The room and ensuite were spacious; just right for two people. The free items in the fridge were a bonus. The location was perfect and parking on-site was very convenient.

The bar prices were quite high Howe I guess that’s the location. Breakfast was served all together (both warm and warm a cereal / pastry option) which was a little odd but overall the food was amazing so can’t really complain and we could have asked the 2nd morning for it to be served at different times but we didn’t so our fault really

The double rooms we're very nice. The food was good and the staff very pleasant. The parking very convenient at £5 a day, there was a nice atmosphere in the bar would we would certainly recommend.

We arrived at 7 pm and was informed last food orders at 7.30 pm. So the six of us dropped off our bags and went to the restaurant for supper, to keep it simple we went for the fish and chips unfortunately there was only one available. So we had to have a re- think. It was like is was end of season not mid June. Two of our party had to have a twin room which was end to end in a narrow single room. They were a bit disappointed.

Stunning views from inside and the garden across the sea to beautiful mountains. Very comfortable and well equiped. Spacious living room. Dining table in the conservatory. Great views from both.

The kitchen taps and shower dripped unless turned off very tighly. 2 of the glass panels in the conservatory need to be replaced so were steamed up sometimes, spoiling the view.

The room itself was very gloomy needs painting curtains were a disgrace, and the windows were filthy. Bathroom damp black areas. No toiletries except for a tiny piece of soap, which is poor in this day and age.

The property has seen better days, all curtain hooks fell off the walls as soon as we touched them, no soap in the bathroom with a sink that doesn't drain properly, copious amounts of air fresheners in each room so much so that the smell was overbearing. The two bedrooms are overlooking a bus stop and a construction site with thin windows so it was difficult to sleep and lights in the second bedroom that don't turn off. It also states that the flat has a balcony which it doesn't and the host didn't explain the check in process or arrival time until we had already arrived at the time we stated we were going to only to inform us that the check in was only possible three hours later than planned.
