One night stay equidistant between north and south Wales , to meet up with a cousin from north wales …lovely old building and good location for parking. Comfortable clean room, good value for money. On walking paths from the hotel.

Room was fair and pretty much what I expected. Bathroom was clean. Location excellent as I was flying out of Birmingham early the next day. Once we managed to get served at the bar the wait staff were excellent.

Check in was painful as, although there were 3 people on the desk, they were all helping one guy with an issue. Eventually they noticed the queue going out of the door and opened another desk. The bar was OK but again, service was lacking. Noise was high but I guess that's what you get at an airport hotel.

The hotel was esthetically pleasing, the room was large, towels were clean. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, hot and cold. coffee was tasty. Would stay again

The floor was dusty and had confetti on it from previous guests. Milk was scarce. There are knockers on the front door so when people went past in the middle of the night they knocked on our door waking us up.

Great entrance felt welcome by the young lady who booked us in room was spotless warm with plenty of room lots of tea & coffee breakfast was good

Bathroom was very small but adequate and spotless found the bed to be uncomfortable (like lying on straw)

Quite run down there are marks and stains on the curtains and it looks lovely but not really cared for.

The cost was too much, I won’t be staying there again because if this, I paid £164 and when looking again online it went down to £100. For what you get in other guest houses this was not great.

The entrance area was very poorly maintained with a main door that didn't look secure. It was not clear that the room was not en-suite and as a lone female traveller this is a priority for me.

Not able to get in as wrong key code provided. The entrance to the flat look dodgey and was not inviting at all. The beds were small and toilet didn’t always flush. Generally not great
