Great location and atmosphere at the hotel. In particular - The front service staff member was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Letting us check in well ahead of time and even upgrading us. We forgot his name sadly, but he was at the front desk during our stay. Amazing service.

The WiFi was the worst I’ve ever known and it’s e been to a lot of hotels. What made it worse was the phone signal was awful as well. We were told that the WiFi only works in the bar and a couple of rooms. We couldn’t even see the WiFi on our devices in the room we stayed in. We were told it’s too expensive to sort out. And for this reason I can’t recommend this hotel to people that need internet

Very good location at Stansted Airport so that you can walk between the hotel and the airport terminal building.

The bathroom was not clean. There was visible black mould below the rim of the toilet, there was a grubby brown ring around the plug hole of the sink and there were dark stains on the so called fresh white hand towels. It looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in years. The food in the restaurant was bang average. The service was amateurish. Not impressed.

No Air Conditioning, didn't know this wouldn't be working until we checked in. Guests should be told in advance if facilities are not available so they can make a decision whether to book or not.

The room is extremely hot! It's not possible to relax and we have floor heating coming from the bathroom. ( when outside+22) the bed it's not comfortable pillows are very hard!!!
