Helpful, friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was clean and well-stocked. Good choice of food and well presented. Flexible eating times was great. Hotel location allowed for good transport links into town.

Hadn't expected to be charged for car parking - though the cost was very reasonable. Poor impression of the pool - very small and cramped. I'd question the number of people in it at times. I booked each morning, but only got in one day; one day it opened late, another day I got in but only stayed a short time as it was so crowded, and the last day I chose not to go in as I had so little time left - I'd booked for 8:30 but was running late. I didn't realise bookings were 8 - 9, 9 -10, etc - this should be explained to people when booking.I appreciate it was a bank holiday and the hotel was very busy - maybe limiting booking to half hour slots at busy times might help?

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable indeed! I loved the digital controls from my phone too and how I could control everything from it. Great location as well, very easy to get to from north terminal

Room very nice and clean. Bigger than I expected, 20 minute walk into town. Easy to find. Great pub across the road for dinner. The continental breakfast was nice.

The bed was really uncomfortable, my husband and I had 2 dreadful nights sleep and we even went out and bought 2 pillows as we had booked 2 nights accommodation. There is limited reception staff and no one to let you in unless you receive the code to get the front door and that was within business hours. The don’t start breakfast till 8am so if you want to head off early you may miss breakfast.

We tried to book dinner for 8 people, only to be told we couldn’t eat as they only had a small kitchen and couldn’t make 8 meals together!! Fair size hotel without a decent kitchen to provide their guests with a meal.
