I had the place to myself and was self-catering, so it was easy to cook, eat, sleep, etc. It is in a beautiful area and very convenient for hill-walking. The place is part of a charity with limited funds and the man in charge was very helpful.

The wall heaters did not seem to work. Floors are tiled and cold and the washroom and showers have concrete floors. I got used to it after a few days. The booking.com info was not wholly accurate, as you do not need to book parking and there is Wifi available.

Full breakfast delivered to the room. A beautiful square bay window with a square table and chairs meant that we could enjoy breakfast in private. The basics were stored in the room, on shelving above a small fridge, to use any time.

Such a beautiful and spacious caravan. It is clean and well maintained. It’s the first caravan I’ve ever stayed in with an en-suite that has a bath in it!
