Clean, well presented, everything worked and good location for New Street station. Staff helpful and decent breakfast, at extra cost.

External noise. I was in an even numbered room on the 3rd floor overlooking some bars and clubs. Loud thumping music started about 22.30 and was still going at 02.30. Finishing around 03.00. Even with double windows closed, not ideal on a warm evening with the fan on too, the music was still audible and no conducive to a good night's sleep.

The lights in the room were broken. It was hot and stuffy. The food was dreadful and the majority of the staff were not interested. The food presented was almost inedible.
