  Tiny room, not so polite breakfast staff (Philippine woman, which are usually THE BEST, but bit rude this one maybe a bad day hey), receptionist not asking the basics on check out (would have told him a few things with dirt in my room), a FIVE quid room service, in-room iPad (older than the cathedral) that didn’t work, and a soup is 10 quid plus the service charge, more levels than a Mario video game, not an issue per se, single glazing windows that woke me up as they opened by themselves (the top “sash” one) Just madness. Avoid it please and do yourself a favour. More dated than the prawn cocktail they make (didn’t know people still did in 2024!!)
