- “We spent three nights at Heatithude and very much enjoyed it. It is in a small, authentic town half an hour drive from Tanah Rata. Host Dennis is very helpful (he took us in his own car to the scooter rental company on our first day), room is clean and has a nicely decorated attached bathroom and the terrace on the small river at the back of the house is very nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee from the shared kitchen. We recommend this place!”

  HOST: The host was really friendly and helpful, I wrote the address on Google without following the link to Maps on the Booking app and ended up on the other side of the city but the host really helped me get to the right location. LOCATION: The room is really close to the WEST PENGE overground station, so it is easy to reach the city centre at any time.

  ROOM - The room is really small, the blinds were broken so we woke up with the sun on our face every day. The bed is queen size, so not really comfortable for 2 people, plus half the bed slats were broken. TOILET- extremely small toilet Overall a decent experience but we were expecting something different looking at the photos on the website.

  Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the room was tidy. Perhaps a bit small for a family, but it was not too bad for a weekend stay in London. Very close to the metro/subway a across the London city airport, so a very nice location. Breakfast was really good.

  We had a relatively small room for 3 and it had a locked door to the room next to us, so we could hear the people/person in the other room through this door. The window won't open, so no fresh air and the viewas on the back of a building.

  Location was great. The view from the cabin made the stay even better. I can imagine it would be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everything you needed was supplied and the hosts were very helpful.

  Parking was at the top of quite a steep slope. Parking was also limited for space. This was partly due to how muddy it was. I'm sure it would all be a lot better now that it seems to have stopped raining. The road down to the cabin was very bumpy and quite difficult to navigate. The cabin seemed to lack any insulation so it did get quite cold .

  Quiet place, with a farm. Beautiful surrounding. Spacious living area with large couches. Friendly and helpful host.

  Boiler in shower had some difficulties with hot water, it was fluctuating between cold and hot too much. Could use some more cookware. We missed a ladle for the soup.
