Walkable to the Swiss Cottage tube stop, Regent's Park, and St. John's Wood, this hotel offers great accommodations for a family in a central, working/livable neighborhood in London. Stroll around stately homes, jump in a taxi to a train station, or use public transport to be anywhere you need to be in London from this convenient spot. The restaurant is lovely, and the indoor pool a great spot to unwind after long distance travel.

Great location as we were at the mountain bike championship at Ben Nevis and we only had to walk a few minutes to get the bus. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Food and service in the restaurant was exceptional and ra like clockwork

We struggled to get the shower to work but managed to fix the bath eventually. We didn't report the issue as we were only staying one night. The hotel therefore were not given the chance to put it right so not complaining.

Location of the property was good. Nice to have a decking and seating area too. The van comes with all the essential kitchen items you’ll need aswell as some cleaning products. Nice to have a smart tv that we could log into our own entertainment apps.

Lockbox location was hard to find, luckily there was a passer by who told us where it was. Caravan was quite narrow and small. A Bluetooth speaker was provided but was dead and no charger given. Caravan had areas of mould in cupboards and some mould on bedding aswell as on the soft cover to the pull out bed . Cleaners of caravan need to take extra care when signing off the caravan as “clean” as it definitely had areas that wasn’t clean ( we nearly got charged for soiling items that we didn’t use ). Soft furnishings definitely need a good cleaning as a lot of stuff was quite dirty and soiled and didn’t have a fresh smell. Scrubbing brush for the pots in the kitchen was caked in dog hair in between bristles, luckily we brought our own. Cutlery wasn’t the cleanest and had tea stains all over. Over the bed storage in main bedroom smelled weird and we were hesitant to use. Shower door wasn’t the easiest to open. Rusty springs on pull out bed that left stains of the mattress. Wood effect on dining table was peeling and is quite sharp and a bit of a hazard especially when staying with children, dining chairs backs were coming away from the seat section. A lot of the blinds were snapped and handles missing, some of the brackets holding them up allowed them to slip out when pulling blinds up. Site was noted as family friendly but other caravan stayers swore at our children playing and threatened that they’ll let their dogs out if they carry on. Road right outside the van is narrow especially when your cars are parked as there is a big caravan for sale blocking most of the road.

Location was in close proximity to the main road for our ongoing journey. The Hotel was a no frills accomodation provider with a good breakfast and clean and quiet rooms.

There were no sheer curtains on an extremely large window. We were at the back of hotel and looked directly into flats opposite so had to draw curtains or creep around on hands and knees when getting dressed. No fridge. You are given fresh milk to go in tea and coffee which is a nice touch but it is left out on coffee station as there is no fridge Noisy road. Brekfast not included. Double room without brekfast £245. Not value for money but this part of Scotland generally felt expensive. effect of tourism

The reception was great, the room very comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

location was well off the beaten track, but that meant a quiet neighbourhood.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good location.

The bathroom needs a renovation: the shower didn't work properly, and the silicone was getting dark from the mold, and the shower frame was moving.

all very good

The location.
Negative section of review
Our room was not clean, there were toenails by the bed from previous occupants. There was copious amounts of dusts on the wardrobe. The breakfast was very substandard and quality of ingredients seemed to be what would be purchased from a supermarket chain. For £225.00 for one night in a standard room. I would have expected a lot more. I would not return.
