Lovely friendly staff they were so welcoming, even when we asked for Pillows late it wasn’t a problem. Room was right size. Rooms very clean and everything you need from coffee making facilities to toiletries. When you arrive the reception area is so warm and Decorated lovely also throughout the guesthouse it smells lovely. Not far from centre. Would definitely stay here again.

The flat was clean, modern and had everything you needed. Right next to the centre too. When I needed to speak with staff they were excellent and very accommodating.

Excellent size rooms which were well equipped and very comfortable. Pub is in a quiet road with little traffic close to town.

Breakfast was appalling. Coffee was undrinkable, only milk option was skimmed, warm yogurt, defrosted white bread, (no brown) poor jam. In a town with four or five of the best bakeries I’ve seen in a long time it could be so much better at little or no extra cost.

Washing machine good but washer/drier would be more use. Would have been tight for two of us.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. There was a smell in the room. Shower floor was not ckean as Id thought it would be. More light options, ie a night light so room not too bright to sleep.

The staff office was right opposite my room 601 and they were very noisy certainly wasn’t great in the morning when I wanted a lay in after a night out constantly talking radios going wasn’t really happy they said my room was an upgrade I don’t know what a normal room would of been like but would of probably been a lot quieter
