The house was lovely and spacious. I loved the ensuite bathroom design. It was the perfect place to relax, inside and out. The outside area had a great set up. Comfy outdoor furniture for dining and sunbathing, pizza oven, bbq and hot tub. It's not far away from towns to explore and go for dinner. Rostrevor is just down the road, it has a lovely harbour and a great walk from the fairy glen up to the big stone, where you can really take in the view.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Clean, tidy, and the staff went above and beyond. The room wasn't too hot, the food was excellent. The room had great views. They had run out of most of the breakfast food due to coach parties. But they went out of their way and still managed to do cooked breakfasts, toast, and fruit bowls, and I made a muesli from the buffet. Best breakfast we had on our holiday.

Nothing it was a perfect stay.

Everything was amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble, James was excellent, as was Grace & all the other staff. Shout out to the cleaners too. Food was excellent. We were accommodated for a wonderful Sunday lunch at short notice. A shame it’s a 4 hour drive away, or we would be regular visitors.

The whole experience was excellent. Great studio room with facilities for cooking. The roof top garden space where we could sit with a wine & enjoy the sun was lovely. The well equipped communal kitchen dining area where we cooked dinner & watched Netflix was an added bonus.

Just something minor but for short term stay a couple of wine glasses & a corkscrew in our kitchenette would have been appreciated.

Location was perfect, no space in the room after the sofa bed was up though, crazy thin mattress on sofa bed, really not comfy, breakfast is insane busy, not enough seating but food was good
Negative section of review
Rooms are far too small to have the sofa bed in there as well to make it a 3 birthday room, dining room needs to be bigger if breakfast is included for all guests, a few noisy hen parties coming in at early morning.

The staff were excellent - really polite and attentive. The Indian food was superb and a great bonus making up for the fairly average breakfast.

The room we booked was a superior double but we found it rather small and cramped. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable - would have preferred a firmer mattress.

Lovely quiet location with super gardens. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good sized room with good sized bathroom. Good food. Lovely staff.

Very minor point. Bar could do with being better stocked. No sherry or Baileys.

The property was central and very convenient in relation to nice pubs and restaurants.

Our room was spacious and had a nice corner aspect. It was very clean. However our room was not ready for checkin at 15.10 when check in was 15.00. Dave at reception was helpful he took our bags and we had a drink at the Crown pub around the corner whilst we waited. He called us when our room was ready.
