The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

An extremely well-located hotel near the harbour in Coverack. The room was clean, a decent size and had a lovely sea view. The staff (Maisie and Anya), were extremely helpful and even offered to put a (delicious) meal together for me as I'd arrived after the chef had left.

nice self contained lodge looking out a the countryside including Highland cows! Had most of what we needed. Peaceful and with a comfy bed and good pillows.

the fire exit light over the door was so bright; we covered it up with a coat (though if you are short like me, that would have been a struggle)

Beautiful location, especially the riverside gardens, comfortable rooms and great hotel. Highly recommend if in Dunkeld.

Coffee filter in room not ideal but did not affect our pleasant stay.

Location is perfect for the airport, and the bar area is great for working and grabbing a bite.

I would love a bath, but for one night it's not a big deal and the showers are great!

It was very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. One of the best we’ve stayed in.

Parking is slightly limiting for big vehicles, but there is enough.

The host cancelled our booking on the Friday prior to our arrival on the following Monday, creating a panic situation. Then she reinstated the booking, saying the boiler problem had been fixed. On the third day of our stay we had to alert the emergency contact that the boiler problem had returned, and a plumber came, luckily he was prompt. When we arrived we couldn't get the keys out of the key safe, they were jammed. Kind neighbours eventually came to our rescue. The emergency contact for the apartment was two and a half hours a way - not much help. Twin room contained a dressing table that we couldn't use as it was jammed against the bed. The beds were uncomfortably close together - too close for us, we are friends not partners. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the sitting room. It is a lovely walk along the river into town but it's quite long.

The room was unclean. There was thick layer of dust on the skirting boards. The sofa was stained and had seen better days. The carpet was dirty and needed replacing. The bathroom had a blood splat on the bath panel and there was orange mould/slum in between tiles and around edge of bath. You have asked me to rate the coffee yet it just consisted of a sad couple of sachets on the side. No facilities for ordering a coffee at all. I had paid £93 for the night to stay in in a dirty, outdated room with no food or drink facilities on site. The staff member who greeted us on the reception could barely raise a smile…..maybe she knew what we would be greeted with in our room. The room was not worth £40 a night in my opinion. The only good thing an about the stay was the large room however I would have preferred a smaller room that was cleaner and less tired.
